In adherence to the 500-year-old German purity law “Das Reinheitsgebot,” Gordon Biersch brews with just four ingredients: malted barley, hops, yeast, and water. Our beers are naturally carbonated, to yield a fine effervescence.
We utilize old-school recipes along with our modern-day technology, like in-house yeast production, for great consistency.

We’ve been brewing like this since 1988, because we believe in beer that is timeless.
